Terms of Service for Minews

Welcome to Minews! These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are entered into by and between the Company (“we,” “us,” or “our”), based in Poland, and the individual or entity accepting these Terms (“Customer,” “you,” or “your”), governing your access to and use of the Minews iOS application (collectively, “Services”).

By using or accessing the Services, you are agreeing to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. To use the Services, you must be at least 13 if you reside in the United States, and 16 if you reside anywhere else. If you are under the age of 18, you may need your parent or guardian’s consent to these Terms.

1. Your Account

To use certain features of the Services, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and must notify us immediately of any suspected unauthorized access.

2. Proprietary Rights

Our content, including but not limited to the logo, visual design, trademarks, and text, is the exclusive property of the Company. These Terms do not grant you any right, title, or interest in the Services or our intellectual property.

3. Feedback and Suggestions

We welcome comments and suggestions regarding the Services. By submitting feedback, you agree that we may implement any feedback or suggestions we receive without any obligation, compensation, or credit given to you.

4. Paid Services and Payments

We offer several tiers of paid or premium features:

  • Payment Types: We offer in-app purchases, one-time payments for specific goods/services, and periodic subscription plans.

  • Free Trials: Subscription plans may include a free trial period.

  • Automatic Billing: For subscriptions, we will automatically bill you from the date you sign up and on each periodic renewal until cancellation.

  • Payment Processing: We use third-party payment processors (such as Stripe and Apple Pay). Payments are subject to the terms and privacy policies of those processors.

  • Cancellation: You may cancel Paid Services at any time. Refunds are only issued if required by law.

5. Promotions, Contests, and Sweepstakes

We may, from time to time, offer promotions, contests, or sweepstakes through the Services. These will be subject to specific rules provided at the time of the event, in addition to these general Terms.

6. Restrictions

While using the Services, you agree not to:

  • Decompile or reverse engineer any part of the Services to access source code.

  • Access or tamper with non-public areas of the Services.

  • Interfere with or disrupt any user, host, or network (e.g., via viruses or overloading).

  • Engage in payment fraud or illegitimate chargebacks.

  • Use the Services for any fraudulent, defamatory, or illegal purpose.

7. User Content

Unlike many platforms, Minews does not currently allow users to create or upload their own content (such as text or images) to the Services. Should this feature be added in the future, these Terms will be updated accordingly.

8. Warranty Disclaimers

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ANY WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE COMPANY WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES.

10. Termination

You may stop using the Services at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access with notice if we reasonably believe you have breached these Terms or if your use causes a risk of harm to us or other users.

11. Controlling Law

These Terms will be governed by the laws of Poland, without regard to its conflicts of laws principles.

12. Modifications

We may modify these Terms from time to time. If a modification meaningfully reduces your rights, we will notify you (e.g., via email or an in-app notice). By continuing to use the Services after modifications take effect, you agree to be bound by the modified Terms.
